In the Signature Assignment for this class (due in Week 8), youll create a PDF document or an instructional video appropriate in the context of professional development (K-12, higher education, or corporate institutions). To get you thinking in that direction, you will submit a simple task analysis for your topic. For the task analysis, use the questions for task analysis listed in Chapter 4 of the Brown and Green text. Note: This is just one example of questions that should be asked, but these are some of the key questions.

• What is the task that individuals should be able to accomplish or perform?
• What are the key components of this task (i.e., the skills and knowledge and individual needs in order to successfully complete or perform the task)?
• What is the sequence in which a task is accomplished or performed and should be learned and taught?
• How can you determine whether an individual is able to accomplish the task?

Youll support your ideas with information from course literature and your own research. Please cite your supporting resources properly (just as you would do with a traditional paper).

Be sure to review this week’s resources carefully. You are expected to apply the information from these resources when you prepare your assignments.
