Question – Discuss the nature and function of personified Wisdom in Ecclesiastes and the Wisdom of Solomon, explaining the role she plays in human history. How does the Wisdom of Solomon link divine Wisdom to Torah faithfulness and immortality? How do these new ideas add an important dimension to the problem of divine justice and undeserved suffering dramatized in older wisdom books like Job?
