3.    Describe your project post mortem or team retrospective and how it might apply to your proposed project.
    What did you learn?
    What would you differently next time?
Follow the standard format for module papers.  Provide an effective introduction with a clear thesis statement, supporting body paragraphs, and a conclusion.  The paper should include proper citations and a reference page. The reference page and appendix are not part of the 3-5 pages.
