Use GLOVO as the case topic.

Analyse their macro-environment, industry and company using the course content (Pestel, Porters 5 forces and Swot).

Based on the analysis and framed as recommendations discuss how they can use their strengths to take advantage of the identified opportunities.

Your table of contents should include:

Title, Executive summary, Introduction, Macro-environment analysis, Industry analysis, Company Analysis, Recommendations, Summary, References.

The task should be completed as a professional report and submitted (uploaded) in pdf format.

Formalities:

· Wordcount: 2000

· Cover, Table of Contents, References and Appendix are excluded of the total wordcount.

· Font: Arial 12,5 pts.

· Text alignment: Justified.

· The in-text References and the Bibliography must be in Harvard’s citation style.

Weight: This task is a 30% of your total grade for this subject.

It assesses the following learning outcomes:

· Outcome 1: Apply the analytical frameworks used to assess the major decisions facing marketing managers as they attempt to harmonize organizational goals and resources with market needs and opportunities.
