ASSIGNMENT:  Read Chapter 16 and think about the importance of performance evaluations and reward programs.

Based on your personal experience, provide an example of either an individual evaluation or a group evaluation of which you were a part.  Was the evaluation fair?  How did the evaluation impact your future performance?  Include references to your readings in the text citing page numbers.  (NOTE:  If you are using an eBook, while it does not have page numbers, you still need to cite the text.
