The part of the project of my focus are (2) parts:
1. Set forth organizational changes (i.e. assigning certain officers to specific geographic locations for extended periods, training all staff in community policing principles) and
2. Discuss Ways to promote the community-based policing model within your agency and within the community.

My focus group is: Arab Americans and Other Middle Eastern Groups Pillar 1 (Building Trust)
