Considering Your Audience When Proposing Quality Improvements

For this discussion you will consider the importance of knowing which audiences you are targeting to gain buy-in for a change strategy or quality improvement initiative.

Identify one or more ways that a change strategy could be leveraged to improve the quality of care.
