There has always been discussion regarding the childrens rights. As well as whether and to what level children should be allowed to participate in the decision – making processes that effect their everyday lives.

In a 3 page paper discuss the ways in which socio – economic status, culture, disability and other factors influence whether and how children are allowed to take part in the decisions making process? How can society better implement the Article 12 of the United Conventions on the Rights of the Child?
